October 2018 - 8 Months - Standing, Pumpkin Patch, Fall Festival, and so much more!

October was a lot of fun! We had our church fall festival, a pumpkin patch trip, birthday parties, trick or treating, and Savannah Faye's baby dedication! We stayed very busy!

Savannah Faye Update -8 months -
Savannah Faye is growing and changing so much so fast!  She is all over the place, pulls up on everything and can stand for a while without holding on to anything! She is always crawling under the table - I think she sees the dogs down there and thinks it is fun.  She manages to get stuck under the kids picnic table and I usually have to rescue her.  She absolutely LOVES bath time - she gets so excited when the water turns on and gets so mad when I take her out.  Lee makes her laugh - she is super ticklish.  She is curious about her daddy's beard and is always pulling his remotes off the table!
Sit in a pool, crawl under the table, stand with the train - a few glimpses into her days :)
Naps with daddy, driving cars (not ready for that yet) and new BIG BOWS :)
Stuck under the picnic table - haha - train rides with mommy and lee, pumpkin shirts!
This girl loves her photo shoot! And my new headboard makes the perfect backdrop!!!
I mean this face - ADORABLE!!!
Trampoline playing is so much fun!
Pumpkin patch pigs and hayrides with mommy and daddy!
Go ARMY (yay Ted!), campfire watching from the pack in play, cute outfits!
Showing off her new stance - our cute little bumble bee (or bumbum bee as lee says!) - and can't have enough pumpkin shirts!

Lee Update -
Lee had birthday parties to attend, fall festivals to play at, finished up his very first soccer season, and so much more.  He is talking so much more with us - having conversations :) and even talking more to other people when they talk to him.  It is so fun to see his brain grow through the things he says.  Sometimes I cannot figure out where he learns some of the words he says and uses them correctly in a sentence!  He went to the dentist for the first time and did amazing,  she was able to use all the tools in his mouth like a big boy - and no cavities!! We have quit nap time - not because he wouldn't take one, but because he wouldn't go to bed at night.  Some days are harder than others and he ends up after several days of no nap taking a short one, but I cannot let him sleep more than an hour and even then we have to make bedtime a little later.  Here are some fun pictures from this month!

First Dentist trip!
We love where we live!  There is a cute park just down the road and they decorated for fall and did free train rides one weekend! So much fun!
His imagination is incredible, some days he is a cowboy on his horse, other days a super hero, and others a lion!  These days add up and sometimes a short nap is needed!
He has to have his picture taken when we do his sisters monthly photo shoots - we are still doing school just not as ambitiously as before (my fault haha) - we love being an airplane!
He LOVED the pumpkin patch!
Pictures with mommy, family campfires and fun shirts!
This little boy ADORES his daddy!!! and LOVES Lowes!!! We cannot leave Lowes with out at least one ride on a lawn mower!
Roaring like a dinosaur, checking out the waterfall at daddy's work, and pudding mustaches - are all a must in Lee's world!

Fun Halloween shirt, fall festival animal feeding with daddy, and birthday party slides - his favorite!
Nap time fun - pumpkin decorating with glue and felt!  Coloring at lunch with daddy!

It has been such a fun month with these two here are a few more pictures :)
Pool, Soccer, 8 month pics!
 Motorcycle with GPa!
Train Rides and Trampoline fun!
Sweet family time at the Farmer in the Dell Pumpkin Patch!
Just Hanging with HeeHaw - Savannah Faye is not sure what is going on!
Fall Festival with our Ninja and Bumble Bee!
Trick or Treating with Gunkle Greg - Mario and Luigi, Minnie Mouse, a Ninja and Bumble Bee!

But I cannot leave the blog without pictures of one of the sweetest moments for our family, we had Savannah Faye's baby dedication with our family and church family supporting and praying with us.  We promised God we would teach her and Lee about God and raise them in a God-fearing home. We also prayed that she would learn to trust God's promise that by faith in Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection, she can have eternal life through His grace.  We pray this for both of our children and love them both so much!
