Geigers: Crawling, Standing, 7 Months

We went at the beginning of the month for Lee's 6 month check up and he weighed 20 pounds 14 ounces and was 27 inches long. I haven't weighed him recently, but isn't he the most handsome little guy ever ;)

Ready for church!

As I wrote last month, Lee was in the early stages of crawling! By January 5th he became unstoppable! It is a constant "where did Lee go?" or "do not touch that!" He was so excited about crawling that on January 6th he decided to start clapping - which he does all the time now! I am trying to get him to clap when I say "Yay!" - so far it happens on occasion. He is pulling up on anything he can and sometimes lets go to test his own standing abilities. He manages to balance for about 5-10 seconds most of the time now.

He has pretty much out grown most of the 3-6 month clothes and wears anything from 6 months to 12 month outfits. He LOVES taking a bath and helping me in the kitchen! We also started solid foods this past month. He loves peas, sweet potatoes, inside of french fries and apple sauce!

We have visited our friends the Morgans in Prattville this month, celebrated HeeHaw's birthday, and will celebrate Mary Margaret's birthday on the 30th!
